The hotel complex is located in southwest Antigua, in close proximity to the Falmouth Harbor Yacht Club, where there are many bars and restaurants. Historic English Harbor is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is approximately 18 km from St. John’s and 20 km from the international airport.

The project consists of several 2-story buildings with ultra-modern high standard apartments with beautiful ocean views from each apartment. All apartments with terraces, fully equipped with sun loungers, where you can relax in privacy while enjoying the picturesque view. All suites are furnished to a high standard and have a fully equipped kitchen.

The Condominium Fee, Maintenance Fee, or Homeowners Association Fee is charged per unit on a monthly basis and is determined based on the actual cost of maintaining the property, reviewed annually.
