For sale are offered 5 types of villas from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa has a private pool. The design team has prepared options for finishing and furnishing, which, if desired by the owner, can be modified. The owner can also hire his own interior designer. A custom furnishing package costs $150,000. Furniture imports to Antigua are taxed at 50%, however the developer has special exemptions so their furniture kits are about half the price the owner would pay if they imported the furniture themselves. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary household appliances. Covered verandas allow you to feel most of the time spent in the fresh air.
