• Which programs do you support, and how do I know which one is right for me? We support every citizenship by investment program that passes our due diligence standards and a growing set of citizenship by descent routes. The right one depends on your goals, timeline, family structure, and current passport. Create an account and your Concierge will walk you through the options that actually fit, not a generic shortlist.
• What happens if my application is rejected? We've never had one rejected, because our preliminary due diligence screens out anything that won't pass before you pay a government fee. Past performance isn't a guarantee, so if a rejection ever did occur we'd work with you on the next route forward, but the point of our process is to find the problems before a government does.
• How is my data handled? Where is it stored? With the same confidentiality you'd expect from a Swiss private bank. Your file is stored in Switzerland, on infrastructure we control, and it never leaves our platform.
• Who actually files my application: you, or a local agent? In most cases, a CitizenX entity licensed in the country files on your behalf. In the programs where we're not yet licensed, we work with a vetted, non-affiliated local entity and stay on the file end-to-end so you still have the best experience.
