Yes. Section 12 of the Naoero Citizenship Act 2017 recognizes citizenship for a person born abroad when either parent was a Nauruan citizen at the time of birth. It does not specify a one-generation or two-generation limit. Successive generations can therefore qualify through a citizen parent, provided the required citizenship and parentage evidence is established.
