When do I pay, and how is payment structured?
Payment happens in stages, not all at once. You pay a downpayment when you begin, a second installment at application submission, and the remainder upon approval. You're never paying the full amount before your application has moved forward. We'll show you the exact schedule and cost breakdown for your program before you commit.
What happens if my application is denied?
We don't just accept your money and file paperwork. Before you pay anything, we run a preliminary eligibility check covering due diligence, background, and source of funds. We only onboard you as a Private Client after passing that check. Because of this, we've never had a single rejection to date. That said, past results don't guarantee future outcomes, and if a government were to deny an application we'd work with you on next steps, including alternative programs. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank wire, crypto, stablecoins, and Bitcoin. You pick what works for you. Most traditional firms only accept wire transfers, which adds FX conversion costs and processing time if you're moving money across borders.
Why do you charge a service fee when other companies advertise lower prices or "free" services
Companies that advertise low or zero service fees make their money elsewhere: markups on government fees, real estate commissions, undisclosed referral arrangements, or charges that appear months into your application. Our fee covers everything — due diligence, document translation, certification, apostilles, government filings, and delivery. You see one number upfront, and that number doesn't change. Saving a few thousand dollars on a provider that cuts corners on due diligence or data security isn't usually a trade-off worth making.
