Company Incorporation
Incorporate a local company, with the filings and registered details prepared and submitted.
Processing time: 1 to 4 weeks
Vanuatu
Overview
A Vanuatu company incorporation sets up a local company in your name: the constitutional documents, the registered details, and the filing with the registry. It does not by itself open a bank account or register you for tax. Those can be quoted separately.
We prepare the company papers, confirm the name and the people who will be on the record, and lodge the incorporation. You do not usually need to travel.
What's included
- A name check and draft of the incorporation papers
- Filing with the Vanuatu company registry
- Registered details prepared for the people and the address on the record
- The incorporation documents once the registry approves them

Process

- The incorporation is filed with the registry.
- We send you the approved documents and say if a tax or bank step should follow.
Fees
Price on request
You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.
Government and third-party charges are confirmed in the quote when they apply.
Questions
