This letter confirms that Vanuatu conferred citizenship on named dependents, not only on the main applicant. It is useful when a bank or another authority wants that stated in a letter rather than reading it from each certificate.

What to send

Passport

The main applicant’s Vanuatu passport, and each dependent’s passport if issued.

Birth certificate

For a child, the birth record showing the relationship.

Proof of marital status

For a spouse, the marriage certificate.

You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.
