Overview

A letter confirming citizenship is a short official letter stating that Vanuatu granted citizenship to the person named. Banks and other authorities ask for it when a passport or certificate is not enough, or is not yet available.

We request the letter, follow it with the authority, and send it to you once it is issued.

What's included

  • A check of the citizenship record the letter should refer to
  • The request to the authority
  • Follow-up until the letter is issued
  • Delivery of the letter

Price on request

You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.

Government and third-party charges are confirmed in the quote when they apply.

Questions

No. It is a letter confirming the grant. A replacement certificate is a different request.

Tell us who will receive it. We will ask the authority for the wording they are willing to issue.

You approve the quote before the request is filed.
