Your current or most recent passport, even if it has expired.

A recent photo. We check it against the authority's rules.
Power of attorney
Only if someone else will file or collect the passport for you.
Process

- The appointment is booked with the authority.
- You collect the printed passport, with us following the file until it is released.
Fees
Price on request
You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.
Government and third-party charges are confirmed in the quote when they apply.
