Overview

This request replaces a Vanuatu passport that was lost or stolen. The authority usually wants a police report, or another written account of what happened, before it will issue a new passport.

We prepare that file, lodge it, and follow the replacement until it is ready to collect or ship. Tell us immediately if the old passport turns up after the report is filed.

What to send

Passport

Any copy or scan of the missing passport, if you still have one.

Passport-style photo

A recent photo. We check it against the authority's rules.

Police records

The police report for the loss or theft, if one has already been filed.

Power of attorney

Only if someone else will file or collect the passport for you.

Process

Tell us when and where the passport went missing, and send any scan you still have.
We confirm the report the authority wants and send the quote.
The file is lodged with the issuing authority.
We track it until the new passport is ready.

You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.

Government and third-party charges are confirmed in the quote when they apply.
