Why wealth needs its own jurisdiction.
Everything you own sits inside one country's legal system, exposed to its lawsuits, its creditors, its politics, and its moods. The United States alone sees roughly 40 million lawsuits a year, and a single judgment can reach every account, property, and share held in your name. An offshore trust changes the math. Assets you place in a Cook Islands, Nevis, or BVI trust are owned by a trustee under laws that ignore foreign judgments, impose criminal-grade burdens of proof on creditors, and time-bar claims within a year or two. It's the same principle as a passport portfolio: never let one government hold all the keys. This one just applies to your balance sheet.
