Overview

A Sierra Leone passport renewal is for someone who already holds that passport and needs a new one issued. An expired passport can still be renewed. If the passport was lost, stolen, or damaged, the request is a replacement instead.

We prepare the forms, check the photo and the passport scan, and file the request with the authority that issues the passport. If that authority wants biometrics or an in-person collection, we say so before you travel.

What's included

  • Form preparation and a check of the passport scan and photo
  • Filing with the Sierra Leone authority, directly or through local counsel
  • Follow-up until the passport is issued or the authority asks for something else
  • Delivery instructions for collection or courier

  1. Send the passport scan, a photo, and where the new passport should go.

  3. The request is lodged with the issuing authority.
  4. We track it until the new passport is ready to collect or ship.

Fees

Price on request

You receive a quote before any filing starts. It separates the CitizenX fee from government charges, courier costs, and legalization. Those extras are added only when they apply, and only after you approve them.

Government and third-party charges are confirmed in the quote when they apply.
